DynCorp International Wins Delivery Order for Special Ops Aviation Support

CHURCH, Va.—February 12, 2009—The U.S. Air Force has awarded DynCorp
International (NYSE:DCP) a delivery order under the Contract Field Team
program to support Special Operations Aviation. The delivery order has
a potential value of $45.2 million over two years.
DynCorp
International will provide aviation support for the 160th Special
Operations Aviation Regiment. Work will include organization-level,
intermediate, and depot-level aviation maintenance, special repairs,
and servicing of electronic components. A total of 184 helicopters are
supported under this delivery order, including the MH/AH 6 series,
MH-60, and MH-47, based at Fort Campbell, Ky, Hunter Army Airfield,
Ga., Ft. Lewis, Wa and other locations worldwide. In addition, DynCorp
International will maintain training aircraft for the Special
Operations Aviation Training Company.
The delivery order is
firm-fixed-price, with a value of $22.6 million per year for two years.
